Under the tree by Nikora.
I am a student at Ōtaki College in Ōtaki, NZ. My blog is a place where I will be able to share some of my learning. Please note....some work won't be edited - they are just my first drafts, so there may be some errors. I would love your feedback, comments, thoughts and ideas on my posts.

under the tree
LI:
To describe a setting in a story.
The -ing sentence.
Double the last consonant.
The grass is greener than green. The bark on the tree is as rough as sandpaper. The birds singing their lovely song and the crunching of leaves under my feet. The sound of cars moving along the highway. The leaves in the tree swaying in the wind like a ninja in the night. The leaves in the brightest colors. Screaming kids coming from the gym. The wind blowing leaves like tumbleweeds. As I sit here under the tree I realise how amazing my life is.

Thank you for your positive, thoughtful, helpful comments.
Positive - something I have done well.
Thoughtful - a sentence or more that lets me know you that you read/watched or listened to what I had to say.
Helpful - please give me some ideas for next time or ask a question you want to know more about.
